NICK FAIRFIELD AT MANCHESTER.
Great trip to Manchester Velodrome to watch the Paracycling International. Imagine our surprise to not only see Adam Duggleby and partner Steve Bate take the 4000m Tandem pursuits ( visual impaired) but also Nick Fairfield mixing it with seasoned International in the C4 pursuit. These start on Saturday January 5th 2019. First sessions are at Brantingham starting at 14.00. CHRISTMAS DINNER CLUB RUN. SUNDAY DECEMBER 16th. Those riding out to Sigglesthorne please meet at WEST GREEN which is at the western end of Finkle Street and Hall Gate. CLUB NIGHT RE-STARTING.
Club night starts at Costello Stadium at 19.00 tomorrow (Wednesday). Computer linked rollers for training and racing or just pop along for a tea / coffee and a chat.Initially we are running on alternate weeks but may increase to every Wednesday if there is demand. Non-members and novices always welcome. We strongly recommend the wearing of safety helmets on our club rides (for the safety of all riders). Meet at Cottingham Green opposite Sainsburys at 9am (unless otherwise stated). Normally two groups. The steady group will ride to the pace of the slower rider. We usually get to café about 11.15.
