PETER TAYLOR ROAD RACE REPORT. PETER TAYLOR MEMORIAL ROAD RACE. THANKS TO JOHN FENTON AND PAUL BREARLEY for their sterling work to get this race underway. The heavy rain over Friday night had washed masses of debris onto the course which, if left, would certainly have prevented the race starting. Undeterred and equipped with assorted equipment they arrived early on race day and cleared the course to the point it...Read More »

We are moving to Stage 2 of the sock!
We are keen to see your ideas although, clearly, ideas will differ!
You can use any or all four Club colours, purple, yellow, black and white. Hopefully the yellow will be flouro for visibility! Still looking for a nice purple though! A Club logo will be incorporated into the design.
The photo is one side of the sock and indicates colour blocks but these do not all need to be different. The logo would be best on the cuff which does not have to be one colour.
Ideas to info@ or pass to Geoff asap please.

Several Club members have mentioned getting cycling socks in Club colours made. We have found a manufacturer who can do this for us.Thanks Ed Neilson for the info.
My own idea would be a purple foot with a bright/fluorescent yellow cuff. On the cuff would be the club logo.
If you have other ideas as to design let me know please.
Also a better indication as to who might buy a pair or two to see if I can justify getting 72 pairs minimum order produced.
Potential designs can be viewed on the DeFeet website.
