Peter McLeavy handicap 10mtt.

Peter McLeavy handicap 10mtt. Last night penultimate race of the season so nearly did not happen. Torrential rain, strong wind, darkening skies and standing water threatened the event even getting underway. Fortunately , just in time, conditions improved and we were blessed with  a still but cool evening. Twenty five took to the start and produced some good rides in the circumstances. John Brearley (guest) just topped the positions...Read More »

Change to Sunday club ride.

Change to Sunday club ride. Due to the extreme weather forecast the Andy Harker 100 mile ride via Filey has been changed to a ride to Hutton Cranswick. In view of the possibility of  riders being stuck miles from home this seems a sensible solution.

The event was held on the V211 course more recognised as a SPOCO than a fast course. Harry was the second youngest in the field...Read More »
