A cause for concern not only for testers but cycling in general!

POSSIBLE BAN ON BIKES USING THE A63 AND ASSOCIATED SLIP ROADS.
You may be aware by now that Highways England supported by HCC, ERCC and the Police are seeking to have cycling banned from the A63 at Newport up to the Daltry Street interchange!
Paul Kilvington has posted details on the HTRC Facebook page and this has already received many responses.
