Great evening in the company off Paralympic Champion Adam Duggleby and the many members and friends of the Club. Wonderful that Adam allowed any who wished to wear the medals. Even the older members had a smile on their faces.
Thanks to Craig Boddice for helping with photographs, a few are posted here. Richard Foster also took some which I will add once they are sent to me. Only one person appear almost as much as Adam and that’s Chairman Ken!!!!!

Non-members and novices always welcome. We strongly recommend the wearing of safety helmets on our club rides (for the safety of all riders). Meet at Cottingham Green opposite Sainsburys at 9am (unless otherwise stated). Normally two groups. The steady group will ride to the pace of the slower rider. We usually get to café about 11.15.
