Bike Thefts
Paul Ridpath has had a couple of bikes stolen from his garage. Thieves gained access via the roof. Ensure you keep bikes secure and locked up. If possible keep the best bike in the house. If you use website linked cycle pooters do not start or finish close to home as it's easy to find where decent bikes may be kept.March 7, 2014 by Geoff Backshall.
Sky Rides
The club will be running Sky Rides on the first Sunday of the month starting on the 2nd March. These rides are designed as an introduction to club and group riding with a social aspect. C.A. Rhodes Memorial Award

Saturday Training Sessions
Training at Brantingham starts again for the next four Saturdays, moving to Sproatley for the following four weeks. Meet at 1.45pm to sign in. It is bit and bit training for about one hour. Approximately 9 laps of a 2 mile circuit. This is suitable for all abilities as riders are split into 4 or 5 groups. Non-members and novices always welcome. We strongly recommend the wearing of safety helmets on our club rides (for the safety of all riders). Meet at Cottingham Green opposite Sainsburys at 9am (unless otherwise stated). Normally two groups. The steady group will ride to the pace of the slower rider. We usually get to café about 11.15.
