I have been in contact with a representative from Nopinz regarding the issues some are having with the retro fit number pockets. The advice is to return them with a letter indicating the issue. I have said I believe the pocket needs to be slightly larger to accommodate numbers which are on the limit of CTT regs. This would also give you more free movement of the number.
