With the TT season drawing to a close its time for the mountain goats to come out to play!
On Sunday junior club member Joe Varga rode the Bridlington RC and Scarborough Paragon double header on Flixton Brow and Hackness Bends respectively. In both events he finished mid field but beat many riders much more experienced than him. As a first year junior his times were very competitive and show great promise.
This Sunday he travels to the real hill country in the West Riding to contest the Otley double header on the challenging accents based on the town.
With our own Hill Championship on the 12th he will certainly have the form to make a real challenge for the crown.
