Signing on from 09.30 in Brantingham village near the foot of Spout Hill. 10.00.....Spout Climb. 10.30 approx.......Brantingham Dale Road Climb. After the climbs we will be group riding to Cliffe Road (behind Beechwood Cafe) for a FreeWheeling competition and then on to Beechwood for lunch.

Non-members and novices always welcome. Meet at Cottingham Green opposite Sainsburys at 9am (unless otherwise stated). There will be a slower group every Sunday (unless otherwise stated), which will wait for those who may struggle due to being novices or new to cycling. We usually get to café about 11.15.
