Much better conditions for the League tonight. Warm, reasonable traffic flow but a head wind return leg which dropped a little for later starters.

Jasons hopes of a sub 20m ride faltered once again as he finished in 20m 20s. A great ride but not what he is looking for.

No less than 12 Club members took to the start and following on from Jasons ride the following times were produced:
Les Phillips 24m 04s, Mark Philipson 22m 36s, Tony Black 22m 26s, Rob Badger 26m 10s, Chris Young 22m 11s, Tony Washbrook 24m 12s, Paul Ridpath 25m 15s, Stuart Wadsworth 24m 13s, Mike McLeavy 23m 41s, Steve Carrigan 21m 56s and Andy Vaughan 25m 37s. The event was won by Adam Duggleby with another 19 - this time 19m 24s.

Hopes are high for next weeks Humberside event with 12 Club riders again taking to the start line. Only one 'club' has more entries - Team Swift!

This Sunday sees a strong group of riders contesting the Otley 50 on the V259/1.
