Finally got the weekends news from events other than the 100!
YCF 25.
Conditions were a bit more challenging than the Drighlington 25 on the same course last week but even so some solid rides were produced.
Chris Young, out on good behaviour, rode a pb of 59m 37s - well done Chris.
Cervelo Man Nic F. produced a tremendous 61m 49s followed by Marks 62m 26s,Big Stuey on 67m 54s and Andy V with 70m 51s. The event was won by Keith Murray with 53m 27s.
NNORC 25.
As a 'warm up' for the 100 Jason rode a 25 on the A25/25 and gained a top ten finish with  53m 45s to Matt Botterills winning 49m 51s.
CLUB EVENT V714/9
Last night event on the V714 / 9 course saw no less than 23 riders take the line. Usually a 10, but reduced to a 9.2 for safety reasons in a club event, some fast rides were produced.
Big Andy T set a new Club course best with 20m 59s. John Brearley won the event with a new 'Open' best of 20m 38s.
New bests were also set in schoolgirls, Club Ladies , Junior, 'Open' Junior, 'Open'Ladies.
It must be remembered that this is only the second run on this course so 'Bests' are up for grabs!
