Despite the usual early season weather several new club records have been set during events promoted by the Club.

With the City Road Club promoted Good Friday 10 mtt producing the fastest time of the year and a new course record hopes were high for Tony Gees Tuesday open.

For the second event in a row conditions were somewhat challenging on the V718 for the VTTA Yorkshire event. Four Club riders entered and may have wished they hadn't by the end! Only lady to enter Lesley Phillips opened her seasons rides with a creditable 32m51s. Husband Les 'I shouldn't have worn my Marigolds' Phillips produced a solid 26m54s.
