cycling legend on the V.

Last nights event on the Greater V was graced with the presence of T de F yellow jersey holder and cycling legend Sean Yates. Sean is, allegedly, looking to get an entry time for the National 10 Championship on the course later in the year. His time of 21.26 put him in the top half dozen but may not be fast enough for the big event.

Three of our own old lads were also involved with mixed results. Andy V, clearly on very good form at present, rode a return pb of 21.57. Mike Mc  finished in 22.27 and Mark P 22.58.

Next weeks club event is on Lumpy Lund for one of the clubs handicap trophies.

Lets have a good turn out with no-one saving themselves for Wednesdays ten league!
